1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between widbd (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the widbd website at widbd.club and any associated mobile applications or sub-pages.

widbd operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform providing online casino games, sports betting services, and related entertainment products to players in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is legal in their specific jurisdiction before participating.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy arising from a translation into another language, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and controlling version. widbd's official communication language is English for all written correspondence, including but not limited to bonus terms, withdrawal requests, account verification, and dispute resolution.

widbd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual Players. Notification of material amendments will be displayed prominently on the platform homepage. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with widbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and widbd.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The widbd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. widbd employs age verification procedures at the registration stage and at the point of first withdrawal request. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made by underage players will be returned to the originating payment method; no winnings or bonus balances will be paid out under any circumstances.

2.2 Jurisdiction Eligibility

widbd's services are intended primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the platform entirely at their own legal risk. widbd does not accept registrations from, or process payments on behalf of, players located in jurisdictions where such services are expressly blocked by widbd's licensing conditions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their participation is lawful.

2.3 Registration Process

To register a widbd account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one widbd account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, widbd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any bonus-derived winnings without prior notice or obligation to state reasons.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

widbd may at any time, and will routinely at the point of first withdrawal, require players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) by submitting copies of government-issued identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account in the player's name). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time frame specified by widbd's compliance team may result in temporary withdrawal restriction or account suspension.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Confidentiality of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your widbd account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. widbd will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your full responsibility unless you have reported the unauthorised access to our support team in writing prior to the activity taking place.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the widbd platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way, including but not limited to account creation, betting, game play, or bonus claiming.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit RNG patterns, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation on widbd's sportsbook markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise occur under normal game conditions. Any winnings generated through a known software error are void and must be returned to widbd.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing widbd staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back deposits made to your widbd account through your payment provider without first pursuing the widbd dispute resolution process.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances confiscated, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

3.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose all funds deposited into your widbd account. widbd does not guarantee winnings of any kind. You agree to gamble responsibly, within your financial means, and to make use of widbd's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

widbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). widbd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own fees in accordance with their own terms of service.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳500,000
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: ৳200,000 (higher limits available for verified VIP members upon request)

widbd reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. VIP members may be eligible for enhanced limits subject to account verification and compliance clearance.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's widbd account in real time under normal conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two banking business days to reflect. widbd is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, network outages, or third-party processing issues. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact our support team via live chat with your payment reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by widbd's finance team within one to four business hours of submission during operating hours (08:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6, seven days a week). Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved by widbd's compliance team following KYC verification. widbd reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or more.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

widbd employs real-time fraud monitoring on all transactions. Any deposit found to have been made using a stolen card, an unauthorised bKash or Nagad account, or through any other fraudulent means will be reversed, the associated account will be suspended, and the matter will be reported to the relevant payment provider and authorities. Players who initiate unjustified payment chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending the outcome of the chargeback dispute.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

widbd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonus (100% match up to ৳20,000), Friday Reload Bonus (50% match up to ৳10,000), weekly Cashback (10% of net losses), and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar occasions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion page and take precedence over any general guidance in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳40,000 in eligible wagering before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 20%. Progressive jackpot games and certain excluded titles contribute 0%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

widbd actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes), exploiting bonus funds on low-margin markets, and coordinating with other players to clear wagering requirements collectively. Where bonus abuse is detected, widbd reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, remove the bonus balance, and close the account without obligation to provide a refund of any real-money deposits.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the time limit specified on the individual promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. widbd is under no obligation to notify players of impending bonus expiry, though we may at our discretion send reminder communications via the registered email address or SMS.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers

widbd sources its casino games exclusively from internationally recognised and independently audited game studios, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. widbd does not develop or modify any game software. 6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or game software error that affects the outcome of any game round or bet, the affected round will be deemed void and any stakes will be returned to the player's account. widbd's malfunction policy applies to all game types including live casino, slots, crash games, and sportsbook. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a software malfunction are void and will not be paid out. widbd's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on widbd's sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to each specific sport and market, which are published in the sportsbook section of the platform. widbd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a match or event that is subsequently found to have been subject to fixing, manipulation, or irregular betting patterns. In-play bets that are accepted after the relevant event in question has already been settled (due to data feed delay or platform error) are void and stakes will be returned.

6.4 Responsible Gambling Tools

widbd provides all registered players with access to responsible gambling tools directly from their account settings. Available tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and hard time-out limits; reality checks (pop-up notifications at regular intervals showing time spent and net result); and self-exclusion. widbd encourages all players to use these tools proactively. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Any player may request the permanent closure of their widbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable KYC checks have been completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be inaccessible for login, deposit, or betting purposes. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated — a 30-day exclusion cannot be lifted at day 15, for example. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

7.3 Suspension by widbd

widbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or systematic bonus abuse.
• Instruction from a payment provider, financial regulator, or law enforcement authority.
• Reasonable belief that the player is located in a jurisdiction where widbd's services are prohibited.

Upon account suspension, widbd will review the account within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the player's registered email address. Where a suspension is confirmed as permanent, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method unless the funds are subject to a fraud or AML investigation, in which case they may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

widbd makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from technical errors. The platform may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond widbd's reasonable control. widbd will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a player's inability to access the platform, place a bet, or complete a transaction during any period of unavailability.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, widbd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or any services provided, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. widbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if widbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Third-Party Services

widbd is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services integrated into the platform, including but not limited to: game software provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or any other studio; payment processing services provided by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank; and odds data or live sports data feeds provided by third-party data suppliers. Any failure of a third-party service is outside widbd's reasonable control and widbd shall not be liable for resulting disruptions to your experience.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which widbd holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between a player and widbd that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be submitted to widbd's formal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute, the account details involved, and the resolution sought. widbd will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. widbd's decision following the formal dispute process is final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and widbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
